Radiant Square
Two towers of a five-tower complex on a shared podium in Al Reem's City of Lights, with a large pool and gym. Supermarkets are a few minutes on foot, Reem Mall about a quarter of an hour and Reem Central Park about twenty minutes.
Ideal forA week of work in the city, ADNEC or the Louvre by car, a stop on a long drive.
Less ideal ifYou want to walk to The Galleria or Cleveland Clinic — they are a six-minute drive across the bridge.

Getting here and around
From Zayed International: 25–30 minutes, around AED 80–100 by taxi; Careem, Uber and Yango pick up at arrivals. Bus A1 runs around the clock via Al Reem.
From Dubai: About an hour and a half by car (an AED 4 Darb gate at the emirate border), or Etihad Rail to Abu Dhabi MBZ City and its AED 10 shuttle to Reem Mall, booked with the train ticket.
Between the islands: Bridges link Al Reem and Al Maryah: a 5–6 minute drive, or about half an hour on foot from Radiant Square to The Galleria. City buses stop on both islands — plan with the Darb app.
Good to know before you book
- Neither island has a beach; the free Corniche beach is 12–13 minutes by car.
- The towers' car parks have several levels — we send the way up with your check-in details.
- Parts of the Al Maryah waterfront are being rebuilt, with hoardings along the promenade.
- Bridges into the city charge AED 4 at rush hour (7–9 am and 3–7 pm, Monday to Saturday).
- Walking between the islands is a pleasure from November to March, hard going in summer.

Al Reem or Al Maryah — which should we choose?
Al Maryah if you are here for Cleveland Clinic, ADGM or The Galleria: they are 5–14 minutes on foot. Al Reem for a one-bedroom with a big pool, Reem Mall and Reem Central Park nearby; Al Maryah is a six-minute drive across the bridge.
How far is the airport?
25–30 minutes by car without traffic, around AED 80–100 by taxi. Bus A1 runs around the clock from the airport via Al Reem.
Is it a good base for ADNEC?
Yes: 14–15 minutes by car without traffic, closer than our homes on Yas Island or in Masdar City.
Is there a beach?
Not on the islands. The free Corniche beach is 12–13 minutes by car, and the beaches on Saadiyat 13–14 minutes.
How do we get from Dubai without a car?
Etihad Rail from Dubai Al Yalayis to Abu Dhabi MBZ City, about an hour, then Etihad Rail's AED 10 shuttle to Reem Mall (book it with the train ticket) or a 25–30 minute taxi.
