Property enquiries (Sales & Leasing)

You ask us about buying a property, renting one for a year, a viewing or a project on WhatsApp or by email — the site has no enquiry form. We receive what you choose to send: your name and number or address as WhatsApp or your email shows them, your message, and the reference of the page you asked from, which the site writes into the message for you. The site itself sends us nothing about you; it counts, without identifying you, which pages and campaigns lead to a message.

We use these details to:

• Answer your enquiry, arrange a viewing in person or by video call, and send you what you asked for
• Pass your enquiry to the licensed broker of Breezy Bay Real Estate L.L.C. who handles it
• Understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, without identifying you

A property enquiry never asks for your passport, Emirates ID or other documents. Identity checks required by UAE anti-money-laundering rules take place only if an enquiry becomes a transaction, and outside this website.

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and then delete them. If an enquiry becomes a transaction, the records of that transaction are kept for as long as UAE law requires of real estate brokers (at least five years after the transaction). WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp LLC (Meta) under its own privacy policy.

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you may ask us for a copy of your details, correct them, ask us to delete them, or withdraw a consent you gave. Write to contact@breezybay.realestate and we answer within one month.

Log files

Breezy Bay Real Estate LLC follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Page speed measurements

To keep the site fast, your browser tells us how quickly each page loaded and responded — timings such as how long the main photo took to appear. With these timings it sends the kind of page (for example, a home’s page or the catalogue), whether the device is a phone, tablet or computer, the window size rounded to ten pixels and the connection type (such as 4G). They are kept in our server logs for about 30 days and used only to find and fix slow pages.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; the site keeps working without the analytics ones.
