If you own the unit

Send us the address and floor plan
Building, layout, furnishing state, and whether it is free to host. We answer with what that unit realistically books for in its building — from our own calendars, not a market brochure.

We agree the terms in writing
Management fee, minimum term, payout day and who pays for what are fixed per property in the contract. No revenue promise is made verbally.

Handover and setup
Keys, inventory check, missing pieces bought, photos shot, listings published across the portals we already sell on.

We host, you get the statement
Guests, cleaning, maintenance and reviews are ours. You get the money and the monthly report.

Buy through our real-estate arm
We shortlist units in the buildings we already operate in — the ones where we know the pool, the lift, the noise and the booking pattern. Purchase and paperwork go through our agency.

Furnish once, properly
One package: layout, furniture, kitchen, linen, Wi-Fi, smart lock. Priced before you commit.

We operate it as part of the portfolio
Your unit sits in the same pipeline as the homes guests rate highly today, with the same team and the same reporting.
Projections are prepared per unit from our booking history for that building. We do not publish blanket yield figures — ask for the numbers on the specific apartment you are considering.
