Fully satisfied and as expected
The furniture was old and dusty. It was clear that the apartment was not cleaned properly. The sofa was especially very dusty.
The dining table, chairs, coffee table, and clothes drying rack were almost broken. It felt like they were waiting for guests to break them so they could charge extra. We broke the drying rack in normal use. They first asked for AED 300, then reduced it to AED 150 after we explained it was already damaged (due to exposure to sun light). before I rented this flat, I saw another review saying they also tried to charge another guest AED 150 for another item.
The iron was very cheap and had no steam function. It burned one of our clothes, so we bought our own iron.
The pots and kitchen utensils were very old. A normal person cannot prefer to use them. We purchased our own items.
We had a fantastic stay. Everything was smooth and hassle-free from check-in to check-out. The place was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again.
Very good location to enjoy the fun of Yas island. Fast internet. Host seemed to have fixed few previous issues from the comments. Very clean. Fair communication with the hosts although it was a company, they tried to help when could. The gym was suprisingly good for a full body workout, with good equipment (big plus). Pool is also nice. Airport is near, but windows are very soundproof. The minimum possible AC temperature is set by the building itself to save energy, which was pretty hot for the night, and has a reset/reboot every morning at 5am which often woke me up. The bed is as in pictures , and has borders, which for a tall person like me (190cm) had to sleep in vertical of the bed.
This place is a bit rough around the edges. It wasn’t maintained very well and needed a deep clean.
At check-in, the door was unlocked with no key available and because we needed to go somewhere we had to leave our belongings inside the apartment with an unlocked door. This is against AirBnB policy, regardless of how safe an area is.
Both the iron and ironing board were old and broken, yet when we checked out they accused us of breaking it and wanted 300 AED! Thankfully during our stay we took multiple pictures of how badly the property had been maintained.
Overall, the maintenance team need to do their job and take care of this property.

Such a nice and easy to access Airbnb! Breezy Bay is super responsive and made it feel just like home. Would definitely recommend staying here for your next trip to Abu Dhabi!
