Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, especially considering the price. The room was extremely small, and I honestly feel that the price was way too high for what was offered.
There were also several issues with the doors. The balcony door wouldn’t close properly unless it was locked with the key, and once locked, it was very difficult to open as it kept getting stuck. If left unlocked, there was always a small gap, which I believe may have been the reason I kept finding insects inside the room, including on the curtains, floor, and even the bed.
The bathroom door was another issue, as it required a lot of force to open and close, and sometimes it would get stuck as well.
On a positive note, I really appreciate the host’s flexibility with the check-in, as they kindly allowed me to check in early.
Overall, while I appreciate the host’s cooperation, I don’t think the room offers good value for money, and the maintenance issues made the stay less comfortable than expected.
Amazing cozy and well furnished and equipped Studio. Felt like home and it place place and surroundings are family friendly. 2-3min walk from Carrefour. The host is helpful and supportive. Definitely I will come again

Lovely apartment and building. We really liked masdar city, parks and exercise tracks close by. Also lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

I highly recommend this apartment. We urgently needed a place to stay as we missed our plane and I booked this flat. It was very fast and convenient. Clean and you will find everything you need, water, toothbrush, shampoo. It was a little tricky to find the right building because I’m not good with directions and there are different entrances, my advice is to go to the pool area and you will see “Building 1” on the wall. Our overall experience is nice. I recommend it.
