Every Breezy Bay home is a whole apartment or studio, furnished and run by our own team: a kitchen of your own, fast Wi-Fi, linen and cleaning between every stay, and self check-in from 3 pm.
In Abu Dhabi a home can take short-stay guests only with a holiday-home permit from the Department of Culture and Tourism, which sets the standards it must meet. Every one of our homes holds one.
You book with the people who run the homes, not through a platform. The home is confirmed the moment your payment goes through, and your questions go to the team that looks after it — write to us.
A hotel gives you a room and a front desk; a serviced apartment adds a kitchen but usually keeps the reception and daily housekeeping. A holiday home is a private apartment in a residential building, licensed for short stays: more space and a kitchen of your own, self check-in instead of a reception, and cleaning between stays rather than every day; extra cleaning during your stay can be booked for a fee.
Yes. The total shown before you pay includes all taxes and fees, in UAE dirhams, and nothing is added later.
Self check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 12 pm. Once you have paid, the door code and directions come by email, usually within half an hour.
We accept cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card and wallet payments go through Stripe; we never see your card details.
Each home's page shows its cancellation policy, and you see it again before you pay.
