Great stay here for a long visit. Things were comfortable overall. The only item to note is the entry door scrapes the flooring but this seems a common thing in various apartments at this apartment building. I had a few issues with the water heater and pressure but the host was always responsive and helped coordinate the maintenance team support. They also quickly got a ceiling drip fixed too within a day. Would recommend this unit, especially for long-term stays.

Perfect. Will definitely book again when my parents come over visiting. Positive: Everything exactly as per picture. Beautiful, new, clean & comfortable. Complete kitchen with pots , pan, dinnerware & cuttleries. The best mattress and pillow among other house i have booked before. Allocated basement parking, near to the lift and safe. Carrefour express just below the apartment. Negative: Nothing.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean, well-maintained and thoughtfully organized, which made settling in very easy. The location is excellent close to all the main attractions and activities around Yas Island, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The Airbnb management team was especially impressive. They were responsive, cooperative and proactive in ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, which really enhanced the overall experience. The space itself is comfortably sized and works well for 3-4 adults, offering a good balance of comfort and practicality. Overall, a reliable and pleasant stay that I would happily recommend to others visiting the area.

Had an excellent and peaceful stay. This place is very nice, comfortable and has a great view. It has all the amenities and the team was always available to assist. I would highly recommend this place and would look forward to staying here again.

Рядом с домом есть хорошая набережная и большой продуктовый магазин. Квартира в целом выглядит новой. В квартире в январе было холодно, кондиционер не предназначен для обогрева. С кондиционером были проблемы, но его достаточно быстро починили. Интернет днем работает достаточно хорошо, но по вечерам были частые перебои, скорее всего из-за 5G роутера. Стоит еще указать, что для проживающих менее месяца не предусмотрено сменное постельное белье, но хозяин на нашу просьбу, не с первого раза, но прислал запасной комплект. Нам показалось это жилье не очень подходящим для долгосрочного проживания, так как нет средств для уборки и поддержания чистоты. Цена за проживание достаточно высокая, видимо из-за расположения жилья, оно действительно удобное. Я бы рекомендовал апартаменты для короткого отпуска и посещения всех парков развлечений поблизости.

We stayed at Breezy Bay for three nights and had a very pleasant experience. The unit was clean and well maintained, and when we needed additional linen, it was provided quickly and without any hassle. The location is excellent—very close to all the Yas Island attractions, with good parking and a child-friendly environment. Having a grocery store and pharmacy nearby was extremely convenient and much appreciated. A comfortable and well-located stay. We would definitely recommend it.
